Platform risk and refunds

OpenAI and Anthropic may restrict regional access, credential sharing, transfers or resale. HK Learn AI is independent of both providers, and VPN must not be used to bypass their requirements. Refund eligibility for delivered credentials or completed manual work depends on the order state and checkout terms; an account restriction does not automatically create a refund right.
