These terms cover editorial content, account services, digital delivery, VPN terms, payments and refunds.
Acceptance
By using HK Learn AI (the "site"), creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the checkout information shown for that order. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a service.
Independent service
HK Learn AI is an independent education and service retailer. We are not OpenAI, Anthropic or their authorised reseller, and a reference or link to a provider does not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed access.
Eligibility and provider terms
You are responsible for checking the provider's current supported regions, age or identity requirements, account rules and acceptable-use policies before ordering. Do not use VPN, a false address, borrowed phone, false identity or third-party payment details to bypass a restriction. We may decline or stop an order that cannot be handled safely or compliantly.
Prices and plans
Prices displayed by HK Learn AI are our service totals in HKD, not official Hong Kong retail prices from OpenAI or Anthropic. Provider prices, taxes, exchange rates, plan features, models and usage limits can change. 5x and 20x describe relative plan allowances and are not fixed message guarantees or unlimited use.
Managed recharge and ready accounts
Where available, the product selector may show managed recharge (代充) and ready account (成品號). Provider terms can restrict credential sharing, account transfers and resale. Never send us a password, one-time verification code, MFA QR code or recovery code. A ready account can carry original-owner, recovery-channel, privacy and suspension risk, and changing a password does not remove those risks.
VPN
VPN is sold in whole-month terms within the range shown on the product page and is fulfilled manually as one service task. The standard and bundled rates are calculated in the cart. VPN is for lawful connection privacy and must not be used to evade provider eligibility, identity, payment or regional restrictions.
Orders, stock and fulfilment
Price, stock, selected variant, VPN term, automatic discount and delivery method are rechecked when an item is added and at checkout. Ready-account availability reflects deliverable inventory at that time; manual services start only after payment confirmation and required safety checks. Estimated handling times are not guarantees where a third party, network or customer response is involved.
Cancellation and refunds
An unpaid order can expire or be cancelled. Refund eligibility depends on the selected service, whether digital credentials were delivered, whether manual work started or completed, and the terms accepted at checkout. A provider price change, regional restriction, account review or suspension does not automatically create a refund right. Contact us promptly with the order reference; approved refunds return through the original payment route where possible.
Account and payment security
Use accurate billing and contact information that you are authorised to use. Do not submit another person's credentials or payment method without authority. We may pause an order for fraud, duplicate-payment or security review. You are responsible for protecting your customer account and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

Editorial content and interactive tools provide general information, not legal, financial, security or compliance advice. Calculators are estimates. Verify volatile facts against the linked primary source and seek professional advice for your circumstances.

Content on this site is owned by us or our contributors. You may share and quote it with attribution and a link, but may not republish it wholesale without permission.
